I love giraffes!

I love music, I could never live without it. My favorite artists are Bruno Mars, Beyonce, Rihanna, All Time Low, Regina Spektor, Travie McCoy, Nicki Minaj, and Katy Perry. I like to think that I'm a pretty open-minded person. I try never to judge someone by what they believe, but rather, to understand why they believe it. I'm a proud Nigerian-American girl who loves to learn about African and African-American culture as well as cultures of various other nations. I'm fascinated by the feats of those who fought for equality and I hate the popular idea that black people must act uneducated and ghetto in order to be considered 'black'. I am black and educated and I will be who I want to be. I have friends from many different places who have very different hobbies and personalities and I love every single one of them. Live life to the fullest and all those other cliche words of wisdom. :)
